Risk Snapshot™ - (Business Unit Risk Surveys):
Fusion Safety Management will assist businesses to comprehend current organisational exposure by reviewing the Business unit current legal and incident status in the country of origin, Leadership involvement in the Safety and Health Program, specific Business unit Safety Management System and procedures as well as the field condition. The result is a report detailing the status of each business (or business unit), including the presentation of a risk profile.
Corporate Health Check™ - (Health and Safety assessment):
This is an external health and safety review carried out by Fusion referenced against the business health and safety management system elements. Fusion Safety Management uses a product called "Values Driven Safety" to measure the health and safety culture of an organisation. The initial measurements serve as a benchmark for future culture measurements of the organisation to determine improvement and to what scale.
Bluprints™ - (Award Winning Employee Engagement tool):
Fusion Safety Management has a delivery partnership with Blue Prints, to fully align and engage the workforce by creating a platform that enables the entire organisation to contribute to the focus on improved health and safety performance. The product is developed to create a organisational understanding of the significant enablers and disablers to achieving the companies health and safety vision. Success is quantified through a measurement index that tracks the attitudes, behaviors and attributes that both drive success and detract from it.
Safety Management system development and Implementation:
To enhance an existing system or create the structure for a Safety Management system (SMS) , ensuring the smooth and consistent implementation of Health and safety across the business. The SMS structure is based on 18001, SS506 and / or AS4801 depending on the country requirements. Individual elements of the system are populated by Fusion Safety Management.
Licence to Practice - Competency and Training:
To create a competency matrix structure and program, for supervisor level up to senior leadership, enabling staff to be equipped to manage health and safety for their appropriate level of responsibility within the group. Fusion Safety Management can coordinate businesses specific health and safety training for a variety of health and safety technical topics.
